Religious Tolerance and Its Connection with Parenting Style: Examining from Four Dimensions

Religious tolerance is a fundamental part of Indonesia, country with diversity in religions and beliefs. As an attempt to serve social, political, cultural stability among groups Indonesians agreed live together harmony through the Pancasila, where all beliefs must be honored. Therefore, specific attitudes how we Indonesia addressed since early childhood education school, public, family. Parenting style becomes one significant issues affecting children's life span development so that they can excellent as future generation. This argument constructed based on previous studies parenting affects perception behavior children. this study examines connection between religious dependent variable. The result shows four dimensions style, participants authoritative show higher score scale. In contrast, neglecting tend have lowest tolerance. reveals might considered child fulfilling rights.
